Michael B. Willner
Michael is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pomegranate Real Estate. Prior to forming Pomegranate Real Estate, Michael was President of WRDC for 16 years. Prior to his time at WRDC, Michael practiced Real Estate law at the firm Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. Michael earned his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He is the past chairman of the Board of Directors of Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Greater Philadelphia. He also serves as a Board Member of the Aish Chaim Center for Jewish Learning, the Foundation for Jewish Day Schools in Greater Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Community Kollel.
Karen M. Martin joined Pomegranate RE during it’s formation as the Regional Property Manager, overseeing Property Redevelopment and Leasing for the Central PA region properties. Prior to working for Pomegranate Real Estate, Karen was employed with WRDC for 24 years in the same capacity. Prior to WRDC, Karen was employed for 8 years with G.A. David & Affiliates of Philadelphia where she handled the Property Management, Leasing and Marketing for a center in York, PA. Prior to 1984, Karen worked in personnel for Pfaltzgraff at the Thomasville, Pennsylvania facility.
Rachel Alexis Klekman
Rachel joined Pomegranate RE during it’s formation, overseeing and managing both finance and marketing of Pomegranate’s portfolio. Prior to joining Pomegranate, Rachel was employed by WRDC for 5 years as their Vice President of Hospitality and Sage Hospitality for 3 years. With a BA in Strategic Organizational Communications from Temple University, with a concentration in Public Relation and Organizational leadership. Rachel started in the not-for-profit sector remaining active with past clients.
Jason joined our team in early 2016 as our VP of Project Management and oversees many of our new construction and renovation initiatives. Additionally, he acts as the Property Manager for several of the assets around the Philadelphia and Long Island Areas. Prior to joining Pomegranate Real Estate, Jason worked in Hospitality Engineering & Operations for 17 years. While working with Sage Hospitality he held various roles and was the Director of Facilities responsible for renovating and reflagging a 134,000SF, 214 room, Full Service Property from a Holiday Inn Select into a Crowne Plaza. Jason is experienced with branded franchise properties including IHG & Marriott as well as independent resort hotels. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing & Management from Penn State University and is a Certified Emergency Medical Technician. Jason and his family live in Bucks County where he is heavily involved in the local community. Jason is an Eagle Scout and during his free time, he enjoys camping, teaching and being outdoors as an Assistant Scout Master with his son’s BSA Troop. Jason also sits on the Executive Board of Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad which is one of the largest and busiest pre-hospital, 9-1-1 Emergency Medical Service agencies in the region. He has been serving as their Chief of Operations since 2011 and sits on several regional associations and committees.
Jaime joined Pomegranate RE during its formation in 2016 as the Office Manager, overseeing day-to-day office operations. Since then, Jaime’s responsibilities have expanded to include oversight of accounts payable, supervision of property maintenance and commercial property leasing. Prior to joining Pomegranate RE, Jaime was employed by WRDC in the same capacity and also has 10+ years of experience in the medical field. Jaime holds several professional certifications, including Notary Public, Workplace Safety Committee, and American Red Cross Standard CPR & First Aid. In her time away from work, Jaime enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
