Former Retail Properties County Line Plaza, Philadelphia, PA County Line Plaza, located on Bustleton Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia was repositioned in 2012. Improvements to the shopping center included downsizing the super market to a 36,000 square foot Food Basic’s grocery store and backfilling the vacant portion of the building with Big Lot’s. Various small shop retail spaces were created and back filled with local businesses including a nail salon, restaurant and physical therapy office. Renovations included; improved signage, parking lot enhancements and new paint throughout. Oxford Valley Plaza, Oxford Valley, PA Oxford Valley Plaza is a 65,654 square foot shopping center located on Oxford Valley Road adjacent to the Oxford Valley Mall and Sesame Place. The shopping center was redeveloped in 2012. Renovations included construction of a signalized intersection, development of 4,400 square foot pad site and relocation of a new pylon sign. A full facade renovation was completed, additional landscaping, enhanced signage and site lighting and the parking lot was repaved. Leases we’ve entered into with include Golf Galaxy, Bonefish Grill, Verizon, and others. The Point, Pennsauken, NJ The Point is 118,000 square foot retail complex, consisting of five buildings. In 2013 the former theater building underwent a major redevelopment, receiving a facade renovation, enhanced storefronts, improved signage and new HVAC systems throughout. Two big box retailers; Restaurant Equippers and Harbor Freight Tools replaced the former theater. All other retail buildings have been given new facades, and both pylons signs were reconstructed and enlarged in 2012. Deptford, NJ The Deptford shopping center is located on Almonesson Road in Deptford, New Jersey, directly across from the Deptford Mall. This exceptional location is served by a traffic signal which also serves the Mall. In 2014, the Deptford Shopping Center received new facades, a new pylon sign and improvements were made to the parking lot, bringing a fresh new look to the shopping center. Summerdale Plaza, Enola, PA Summerdale Plaza is a 154,194 square foot grocery anchored shopping center on the west shore of Harrisburg. Anchor tenants include Kmart, ShurFine Supermarket, Dollar Tree and Rite Aid. The property was redeveloped in 2002. Renovations included new facades, pylons, roofs and a new signalized entrance. In 2007, the sanitary sewer lines servicing the shopping center and surrounding pad sites were all replaced.
