Pomegranate Real Estate was established January 1, 2016. It is comprised of a broad spectrum of real estate expertise, including members with extensive experience in land development, construction, management, leasing, legal, marketing and hospitality.
Pomegranate specializes in acquiring underperforming properties with the goal of producing stable assets and excellent long-term returns by lowering vacancies through redevelopment. We understand the value of investing capital in older properties in order to re-establish those properties as cornerstones for their community. We also pride ourselves in working with local community members and contractors to improve our neighborhoods.
