Michael B. Willner
Michael is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pomegranate Real Estate. Prior to forming Pomegranate Real Estate, Michael was President of WRDC for 16 years. Prior to his time at WRDC, Michael practiced Real Estate law at the firm Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. Michael earned his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He is the past chairman of the Board of Directors of Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Greater Philadelphia. He also serves as a Board Member of the Etz Chaim Center for Jewish Learning, the Foundation for Jewish Day Schools in Greater Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Community Kollel.
Karen Martin
Karen M. Martin joined Pomegranate RE during it’s formation as the Regional Property Manager, overseeing Property Redevelopment and Leasing for the Central PA region properties. Prior to working for Pomegranate Real Estate, Karen was employed with WRDC for 24 years in the same capacity. Prior to WRDC, Karen was employed for 8 years with G.A. David & Affiliates of Philadelphia where she handled the Property Management, Leasing and Marketing for a center in York, PA. Prior to 1984, Karen worked in Personnel for Pfaltzgraff at the Thomasville facility.
Rachel Alexis Klekman
Rachel joined Pomegranate RE during it’s formation. With a strong focus on marketing, revenue management and property level management Rachel was employed by WRDC for 5 years as their Vice President of Hospitality and Sage Hospitality for 3 years prior to joining Pomegrante RE. With a BA in Strategic Organizational Communications with a concentration in Public Relation and Organizational leadership, Rachel started in the not-for-profit sector remaining active with past clients.
