6400 Market Street – Millbourne

6400 Market Street is a revitalization of the former Sears site, which has remained vacant for over 30 years. This ground-up redevelopment will be a mission critical location for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), supporting the Main Campus in West Philadelphia and King of Prussia site. The state of the art facility will be a 175,000 square foot, two-story building, featuring a campus style design, conveniently located at the intersection of 63rd and Market Street in Delaware County, on the edge of Philadelphia County.

CHOP, a world class organization dedicated to being the world leader in the advancement of healthcare for children, choose the 6400 Market for its expansion after much consideration. This redevelopment is an exciting opportunity to bring a socially and environmentally responsible, world class organization into the community and new jobs to the area.

The redevelopment also includes the addition of a signalized turn signal at the entrance of the site, increasing the safety of pedestrian, cyclist and vehicle traffic.
