We are actively seeking retail centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware. We will consider neighborhood, community and regional retail shopping centers that are 50,000 square feet and larger. Additionally, we will consider all office, multi-family, and hospitality assets in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Our small size and ability to make considerable equity investments enable us to proceed at a quicker pace than most real estate companies. You will be dealing directly with the decision makers and their honest straight forward approach.
